About Shayne

My wife Carolyn and I have lived in the area that makes up the Blair community all of our lives. We love this part of the world and we love the sense of local community this area has to offer. when it was time to raise our two daughters, we both knew that there was no better place to bring up our family than here.

Over the last number of years I have enjoyed getting to know as many Blair residents as possible. I have been honoured to be able to assist many local residents by liaising with government agencies, providing information and supporting our community.

Because I live in this community I understand the concerns local people have. That's why I have been working with Federal Government and our local State Members of Parliament to secure funding for vital upgrades to the Ipswich Motorway. An important issue for our local community.

As your Federal Member of Parliament I will work with the Labor Government to ensure a strong voice for Blair in the Federal Government and ensure that our community receives the funding, services and infrastructure it deserves.
